The island of wine will once again showcase its best drop this summer, in a festival that will bring together Waiheke's local wine and food producers to celebrate a day of sunshine and delicious local fare.
With a new locally based events team behind the festival this year, and a different style, the 2010 Waiheke Food and Wine Festival promises to be the best yet.
On offer will be delicious food and wine from local vineyards and other food producers. Several varieties of award-winning wine from nearly 15 vineyards; famous Waiheke olives and preserves; unique beers; and locally produced cheeses are just a few of the many things visitors will have a chance to indulge in. The festival will also include demonstration areas for four celebrity chefs to share their skills with festival goers.
Food and wine at the festival will be nicely complimented by music from New Zealand’s Salmonella Dub, the renowned Beat Girls, local guitar virtuoso Andy Blue and other special guests.
The 2010 Waiheke Food and Wine Festival is the culinary event of the summer and is not to be missed! Tickets are on sale now, and numbers are limited!

*If you book online/phone you will be given a booking reference which will need to be presented at a Fullers Ticket Office where you will be given a wristband = ticket. We recommend you do this in advance of the Festival date or at least 1 hour before boarding the ferry at the very latest.
