Call Centre & Sales

Jacqueline MacLeod began her career at Fullers in April 2003 as part of the Customer Services team. After gaining a fair bit of experience with frontline Customer Service, she then took up an opportunity to be part of the Call Centre Team. She is now responsible for coordinating Groups and Charters and thoroughly enjoys it.

“The staff at Fullers are great to work with. I get to work at a great location looking out on the water. The best part of the job is the rewarding feeling of meeting and exceeding our customers' expectations when their events are successfully coordinated by us.”

Customer Services

Natu Togafau started her career at Fullers as a Customer Services consultant in August 2005. She has recently been promoted  to a leadership role as a Senior Customer Services Consultant.

“I have learnt to deal with all sorts of personalities through resolving customer issues. I've become more and more confident over time and have grown a lot professionally. I have gained valuable skills and experience from Fullers. I enjoy the team-work and interacting with the customers. It's the ‘people' aspect of the job that I enjoy the most.”

Deckhand

Naomi Honiss has worked at Fullers since March 2001. Starting out as On Board Services crew, she went on to gain her Inshore Launch Masters qualification and advanced to a position as deckhand. Naomi took advantage of the opportunity to work on shore as an Operations Planner for two and a half years. She missed working on the water so returned to the boats as a deckhand!

“I really love being on the water, the outdoors. This job offers great variety and allows you to meet people from all cultures. It also offers opportunities to develop both personally and professionally through enhancing Marine Engineering and customer service skills.”

Marine Engineer

Grant Watkins is a Marine Engineer who has been with Fullers for approximately 30 years! He began his career as an apprentice in maintenance. Over the years he has gained many qualifications including his skipper's and engineering tickets, his latest qualification being a Marine Engineer Class 4 ticket.

“I enjoy working on the sea, I love boats. I like the challenge this position offers having to solve different issues on a daily basis. I really enjoy the opportunity to meet different people every day.”

Master

Alan Morgan is a well-seasoned Master who has been with Fullers since May 1999. He began his Fullers career as a member of the On Board Services crew. Over the years he accumulated sea time, gained his Inshore Launch Master's qualification and progressed to the position of Master.

“Fullers has been very supportive in providing opportunities for development and offering advancement. Being a Master is a position that encapsulates variety, responsibility and challenge. It is never boring as you're always having to deal with something, be it crew, the public, or matters of safety. The work environment is stimulating, stunning with ever changing scenery. You're your own boss; and at the end of the day, once I tie up the boat, I can go home and not have to worry about taking any work home. It's a great lifestyle!”

On Board Services

Sukhminder Singh has been part of the On Board Services crew since June 2008, following his beginnings as a Customer Services Consultant with Fullers in October 2007.  Prior to starting with Fullers, Sukhminder previously obtained a tourism management qualification. He is now studying for his CDH and plans to progress to Master one day.

 “Fullers provides very good career opportunities and you grow with the company.  Fullers provides all sorts of tools and support to develop you both personally and professionally.  The staff at Fullers are always there to help you in all situations. I love working on the boats and have the opportunity to meet a great variety of people from all cultures.  This is the best place to be and I love it. Service Supervisor

When Daniel Staley came to Fullers in March 2005, he started out as On Board Services crew and has since advanced to a position as Service Supervisor. He has had the opportunity to gain his bar manager's license, and intends to gain his deckhand qualification in the near future.

“I used to work in factories, doing the same hours every day in the same environment. At Fullers, I get to enjoy the different views every day. I enjoy the shift work, every day is different. I also have to deal with people who can be challenging at times, but I'm happy with my job.”

After completing a travel course, Aylah McSweeney started with Fullers in June 2007 as part of the On Board Services Crew. Through effective on the job training Aylah has successfully progressed in her career and has recently been promoted to Service Supervisor. She has now set her sights on achieving her CDH qualification.

“I love everything about this job, I love being on the water, getting to see amazing sunrises and sunsets.  I really enjoy meeting people and work with a great team.  Every day on the job is different; I am constantly learning new things.”
