Interview Process
We know how nerve wracking interviews can be and we will do our best to put you at ease.
- Depending on the role there may be some interesting “homework” to do during the process.
- You will usually be interviewed by the manager of the department you have applied to and a member of the HR team.
- Depending upon the role you are applying for, you may be interviewed a second or even third time by other members of the Fullers team.
- The main aim of the interview is to ensure there is a good fit between you and Fullers (the team, the job and the company).
- During the interview we will want to know about your education, past work experiences (if any), the kind of person you are and your future goals.
We will personally contact the applicants we have interviewed who are unsuccessful, as soon as possible after we make the decision.
