MASTER
The Master is in overall command of the vessel while in operation and on service. The Master does so much more than just “drive” the boat. They are responsible for the safety and well being of everyone on board – crew and customers alike. All mechanical equipment and instruments on board are checked and monitored by the Master. Customer Service standards are supervised and upheld by the Master on the vessel. This role requires good leadership skills and the ability to make the right decisions under pressure.
This is a fantastic opportunity for those avid mariners who love life at sea – only at Fullers, you get to go home at the end of the day instead of being at sea for months at a time! The minimum requirement to become a Master is the ILM. Some of our Masters are "dual-ticketed" and hold both the ILM and MEC5 qualifications.
