ON BOARD SERVICES CREW
The On Board Services role is a great opportunity for budding mariners as well as those embarking on or looking to change to a hospitality/tourism career.
Passion for customer service is vital as our On Board Services crew is responsible for providing the reputable “on board experience” that our customers keep coming back for. Our crew members get to know our customers and provide them with information regarding our services and destinations. For variety, the role also includes bar and cafe work, rope duties and tying up the boats.
Our On Board Services crew are outstanding people – they are flexible and committed to achieving performance excellence in an environment where the quality of our passenger experience is paramount. A flexible attitude to work and a natural passion for delighting our customers are the main ingredients for success in this role.
Advancement opportunities include training to be a Service Supervisor and/or Deckhand and on up to Master. This role provides excellent grounding for the travel and hospitality industry as well as those with aspirations within the marine industry.
