SERVICE SUPERVISOR

The quality of our passenger experience is paramount and the Service Supervisors are responsible for providing a consistently courteous and cheerful service to customers even when under pressure.
The role of a Service Supervisor is varied; from customer service and safety enforcement, to managing the stock levels of food & beverage on board. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that all members of the On Board Services crew provide the highest level of service and deal with any customer issues that may arise.
Service Supervisors require effective leadership qualities as they lead the On Board Services team to meet and exceed customer needs and expectations.
Opportunities for advancement include Deckhand, gaining a Master's qualification
or on shore roles.
