360 Travel Notice: Orapiu Service Cancelled for Sunday 22nd January 2017

Please be advised that the Auckland to Orapiu/Orapiu to Auckland service for tomorrow, Sunday 22nd January 2017 has been cancelled due to the adverse weather conditions.

360 Travel Notice: Coromandel Via Bus Replacement for Sunday 22nd January 2017

Please be advised that the Coromandel service for the 22/1/17 has been replaced by a shuttle bus due to adverse weather conditions.

This replacement shuttle will be operated by Bayes Buses Company. The Bus will be departing Auckland to Coromandel at 08:45am from ‘The Cloud’ on Pier 1. Also departing Coromandel - Auckland from behind the Coromandel Information Center in the Samuel James Reserve Carpark at 4pm.

This service is only for those who are one way. All Auckland - Coromandel same day return will be given a full refund.

Please be advised that there will be a shuttle bus service coming back, customers will have to please contact us on 09 307 8005 to confirm your travel plans.

Please note that the Auckland to Rotoroa Island service will still be operating as per normal schedule - This service will not be stopping into Orapiu Wharf due to the weather conditions.

GULF HARBOUR FERRY FARE CHANGES

Effective from 29 January 2017

Auckland Transport will be making changes to some cash and AT HOP fares for Gulf Harbour, including the removal of the 40-trip ticket. This ticket will no longer be available for purchase from 29 January 2017. Passengers carrying this ticket type can continue using it for 12 months from date of purchase. Please see at.govt.nz for full fare change information.


Waiheke Island Express Boarding Trial

We've been working in partnership with Auckland Transport to develop Express Boarding for our regular commuters. We’re pleased to announce that from 26 December 2016 we’ll be trialling Express Boarding for Waiheke Island passengers travelling with Monthly & 30 day passes as well as 20, 30 & 40 trip tickets.


Withdrawal of Fullers and 360 Discovery Monthly Passes - Inner Harbour

Due to new AT HOP ferry passes in the market, Fullers and 360 Discovery monthly passes will no longer be available for use from 1 January 2017 on the following routes, and will stop being sold on 26 December 2016:

  • Bayswater
  • Birkenhead/Northcote Point
  • Half Moon Bay
  • Gulf Harbour

They will be three types of AT HOP ferry monthly passes available. For more information please visit at.govt.nz
