Web Tickets

Booking Confirmation

The email booking confirmation is NOT A TICKET and CANNOT be used for travel. You MUST collect your tickets from a Fullers Ticket Office by providing your confirmation sheet and a form of identification.

 

Proof of Age

Proof of age MUST be shown for senior or child tickets. We cannot provide your ticket(s) without a booking number.

 

Collection of Tickets

You are only able to collect your tickets during our ticket office opening hours. You will not be able to collect web tickets on any of our vessels.

 

Departure Information

Please ensure you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your departure time. If departing from Auckland, please check you are at the right pier. Ferries to Devonport depart from Pier 1. Ferries to Waiheke Island, Rangitoto Island and the Harbour Cruise usually depart from Pier 2.

 

Tours

If you have booked a time on one of our tours we recommend you contact us 24 hours beforehand to confirm your tour on +64 9 367 9111 (during standard business hours). Very occassionally tours are cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. In this instance you will receive a full refund.

Ticket Terms and Conditions

Your ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable. Saver Seats, tours and cruises are only valid for the date and time shown.

All activities, operations and services provided by Fullers are subject to Fullers' Terms and Conditions of Travel. Copies of these are also available at Fullers’ ticket offices.

Gulf Harbour Service Update for 26.05.2017

Please be advised that for Friday 26th May 2017, bus replacements will be operating the following services due to the worsening weather conditions:

1645 AKL - GH - Bus 

1715 AKL - GH - Takahe 

1745 GH - AKL - Bus 

1745 AKL - GH - Bus 

1845 AKL - GH - Bus 

Buses will depart Auckland from 'The Cloud on Pier 1' and depart Gulf Harbour from the 'Pier Z Car park - Gulf Harbour Mariner'

We will provide a further update if we have any changes for the 1715 AKL-GH service.

Waiheke Bus Company - Departure Time Changes

Following customer feedback on the new winter bus timetable we’ll now be introducing some further changes to improve connections with afternoon ferries.

From Monday 29 May 2017 the following journeys will change:

1650 Route 1A  from Matiatia will now depart at 4.45pm

1650 Route 2 from Matiatia will now depart at 4.45pm

1650 Route 4 from Matiatia will now depart at 4.45pm

1750 Route 1A  from Matiatia will now depart at 5.45pm

1850 Route 1A from Matiatia will now depart at 6.45pm
