Web Tickets

Booking Confirmation

The email booking confirmation is NOT A TICKET and CANNOT be used for travel. You MUST collect your tickets from a Fullers Ticket Office by providing your confirmation sheet and a form of identification.

 

Proof of Age

Proof of age MUST be shown for senior or child tickets. We cannot provide your ticket(s) without a booking number.

 

Collection of Tickets

You are only able to collect your tickets during our ticket office opening hours. You will not be able to collect web tickets on any of our vessels.

 

Departure Information

Please ensure you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your departure time. If departing from Auckland, please check you are at the right pier. Ferries to Devonport depart from Pier 1. Ferries to Waiheke Island, Rangitoto Island and the Harbour Cruise usually depart from Pier 2.

 

Tours

If you have booked a time on one of our tours we recommend you contact us 24 hours beforehand to confirm your tour on +64 9 367 9111 (during standard business hours). Very occassionally tours are cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. In this instance you will receive a full refund.

Ticket Terms and Conditions

Your ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable. Saver Seats, tours and cruises are only valid for the date and time shown.

All activities, operations and services provided by Fullers are subject to Fullers' Terms and Conditions of Travel. Copies of these are also available at Fullers’ ticket offices.

Orapiu Wharf – temporary closure

Over the past 4 months Orapiu Wharf has been partially closed due to the steps and boarding platforms requiring repair. We’ve continued operating our service by utilising the front face of the wharf, but this has come with many challenges.
Due to safety concerns for both our crew and passengers, we’ve made the decision to suspend services to the wharf until repairs are made.
Auckland Transport will undertake repairs and have advised they’ll endeavour to have these completed in order for the wharf to be operational prior to Easter.

We understand that Orapiu is a vital link for residents on Waiheke Island for travel to and from Coromandel, and apologise for the inconvenience this may cause you. During the time of this temporary closure, passengers will need to depart from downtown Auckland.

Gulf Harbour Service Update

Yesterday Discovery 3 finished refueling at 5.30pm and had an issue with a starter motor.

We immediately arranged a bus to replace the 5.45pm service, however because of the short time frame this meant we were only able to get a bus at approximately 6.00pm.

Shortly after this a temporary repair was made to Discovery 3 and we made the decision to relocate the vessel to Gulf Harbour to minimise crew working hours. Overnight we replaced the starter motor and she was back in service this morning.

We apologise for the inconvenience this disruption may have caused you.

Rangitoto Service Cancellations: Sat 25 March

Please be advised that the 7.30am, 9.15am and 10.30am ex Auckland services and the 9.25am ex Devonport service to Rangitoto Island  on Saturday 25 March have been cancelled due to The Dual multi-sport event.
The first service to Rangitoto Island will be 12.15pm ex Auckland and 12.25pm ex Devonport.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.


CUSTOMER ANNOUNCEMENT – Adele Concert Delays

Pleased be advised that the 11.45pm sailings from Auckland to Waiheke on Thursday 23rd March and Saturday 25th March will be delayed, departing at 12am (midnight), for passengers attending the Adele concerts.

Our normal timetable will operate on Sunday 26th March.

Devonport travel alert – Extra Sailings for Adele Concert

Pleased be advised that we’ve added two additional late sailings on Thursday 23rd March and Sunday 26th March for passengers attending the Adele concerts.

Additional Devonport Sailings - 23rd March and 26th March

12:00am (midnight) Auckland to Devonport

12:30am Auckland to Devonport

Our normal timetable will operate for Friday and Saturday night, where our usual late night sailings at 12am (midnight) and 1.00am will run.
