Additional terms may apply to specific services or online tools/ functions provided through or on this website. Where we indicate that additional terms apply, these Terms of Use must be read in conjunction with those additional terms. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms of Use and those additional terms, the additional terms will prevail.

Terms and Conditions

Before purchasing any products or Services or boarding any Fullers360 vessel or vehicle, please carefully read these Terms of Use in conjunction with the Fullers360 Terms and Conditions and Code of Conduct, our Booking Engine Privacy Policy, and the Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy of each Operator.

These Terms of Use may be amended in whole or in part by Fullers360 from time to time without prior notice to you. Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting of the amended Terms of Use on this website. You are responsible for ensuring you are familiar with our latest Terms of Use. Your continued use of this website and its products and services represents your agreement to be bound by the Terms of Use as amended.

Fullers360 makes no warranty or representation about, and accepts no liability or responsibility for, the quality or suitability of any activity, attraction, product or service displayed on this website. Fullers360 advises that all activities carry a degree of risk and that by participating in the activity provided by an Operator you are expressly assuming those risks personally and are releasing the Operator and Fullers360 from any liability, claims, losses, damages or expenses whatsoever.


Bookings may only be made by individuals who satisfy our eligibility criteria.  An eligible Customer must be at least 18 years of age, possess the legal authority to create binding legal obligations, and confirm that all the information supplied is true, accurate, current, and complete.  By making a booking you are deemed to have certified that you are an eligible Customer, you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of each Operator and Fullers360 together with our Booking Engine Privacy Policy and to otherwise  use the Booking Engine in accordance with these Terms of Use.

We retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to our Booking Engine and the Services we offer, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of these Terms of Use.  Fullers360 reserves the right to verify your identification at any time by requesting a valid form of identification and where the credit card used for making the booking does not match the Customer’s identity, sufficient evidence of authority for the Customer to use such credit card.  All verification details must be provided in a form acceptable to Fullers360 at its sole discretion.

Accurate Information

You represent and warrant to Fullers360 that you have provided complete, accurate and current personal information when registering as a Customer. You are responsible for ensuring that information provided on bookings is accurate. This includes ensuring information populated by your browser's auto-complete function is correct and accurate. If you are aware of an issue on a booking that has already been processed, you are responsible for notifying the Fullers360 Customer Care Team as soon as possible.  All personal information is collected and held in accordance with our Booking Engine Privacy Policy.

Security of your Personal Information

Where you are required to register or login to any part of this website, you must keep all usernames and passwords secure and confidential and must not disclose them to any third party.  You must take reasonable care to choose a password that cannot be easily guessed and not allow anyone to see your password or have the opportunity to record it.  You must immediately change your password and notify us if you believe your password has been compromised or you become aware of any unauthorised use of your username or password. You will at all times be responsible for any actions taken through your login on this website. 

Emails and Newsletters

Fullers360 may send you emails relating to your booking, transactions and other activities on the website, and for promoting and marketing other Fullers360 products and services to you. Fullers360 may also send regular electronic newsletters. Newsletters will contain clear instructions for how you can unsubscribe from our mailing list.

The Services

Fullers360 provides the website for you to find information about the Services provided by Fullers360 and our trusted Operators and book all Services directly with Fullers360.  You agree to use this website and the Services for this purpose only.

When you make a booking and it is confirmed to you by Fuller360, you form a legally binding contract directly with Fullers360 and each Operator providing the Services to you. You must only make bookings that you intend to use and pay for. Without limitation, any speculative, false or fraudulent booking or any reservation in anticipation of demand is prohibited and will not be refunded on cancellation.

Dispute Resolution

Fullers360 are committed to customer satisfaction.  If you have a problem or a dispute arises in relation to the use of this website, please contact us by emailing enquiries@fullers.co.nz and we will use reasonable efforts to respond to you promptly.

You agree to give us an opportunity to resolve any disputes or claims relating in any way to this website, any dealings with our trusted third party Operators, any Services or products provided via this website, any representations made by us, or our Booking Engine Privacy Policy by contacting us in the first instance.

Specific Warnings

Fullers360 makes every effort to ensure all information displayed on this website is accurate.  However the information disclosed on the website is provided to Fullers360 by our trusted Operators.   Each Operator maintains and updates their own information on the website through systems operated by Fullers360 and so we are unable to guarantee the accuracy of all information nor are we able to guarantee that the site is free of errors or faults. We reserve the right to change information displayed on the website (including these Terms of Use) at any time without notice to you.

Fullers360 is not responsible or liable for unavailability of Services that any Operator indicates on the website is or are available at the time of booking.

Fullers360 and/or the Operators accept no responsibility for any loss or additional expenses arising from changes, delays or cancellation of the Services and activities by Fullers360 and/or the Operators.

Operators reserve the absolute right to cancel any activity, attraction, product or Service as a result of health & safety concerns, weather conditions, insufficient numbers of people on the trips or any other unforeseen event or circumstance including, but not limited to, escalated Alert Levels in the region in response to COVID-19 or any other national or international pandemic.


This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Fullers360 reserves the right to suspend, terminate or otherwise alter access to some or all of the website's Services at any time without prior notice to you.  Fullers360 disclaims and excludes all liability for any claim, loss, demand or damages of any kind whatsoever (including for negligence) arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the information, content or materials hereon including any links to third party websites.  To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability and responsibility is excluded in respect of any and all loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business or anticipated savings, general and special damages, and consequential and incidental loss.

Our website does not constitute and should not be regarded as a recommendation or endorsement of the quality, service level, rating, or type of facilities, venue, vehicles made available by each Operator from time to time unless explicitly provided otherwise.

Fullers360 are independent from all other third party Operators.  Fullers360 shall not be liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such Operator including for injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting directly or indirectly from the use of their Services. 

Payment Policy, Fees and Charges

All Services booked through our Booking Engine must be paid for (in full) before your booking can be confirmed by Fullers360.  Actual rates may vary and your payment provider (e.g. your credit card company) may charge conversion fees (if applicable) and apply exchange rates current on a date other than your booking date.

Payment is safely processed from your credit/debit card or bank account to the bank account of the relevant Operator through our trusted third party payment processor.  Any payment facilitated by us for and on behalf of and transferred to another Operator will in each case constitute payment of (part of) the booking price by you of the relevant product or Service.

Fullers360 reserves the right to change at any time the fees charged for any Services or the manner in which they are charged, imposed or collected. If we launch a new Service, the charges for that Service will be effective at the launch of that Service unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

Fullers360 should be contacted directly in respect of any booking adjustment, refunds, cancellations, returns and customer support as they relate to your use of this website. Please note that all requests for cancellations and refunds will be processed in accordance with each Operators’ Cancellation Policy. See also Enquiries and Complaints (below).

Cancellations by the Operator

You will not be charged any cancellation fee if the cancellation of your booking has been made by the Operator or Fullers360.

If a booking is cancelled by an Operator due to an unexpected matter arising a refund will be provided to you by contacting us via email: enquiries@fullers.co.nz. We will credit your card (used to complete payment of your booking) the refund amount and email you confirmation once completed.

Fullers360 reserves the absolute right to cancel and refund any confirmed booking resulting from an error, or incorrect information presented by the Operators on the website such as, but not limited to, pricing errors or availability errors.

All refunds will occur in the currency the product was sold in. If your credit card uses a different currency, the amount refunded may be different from the original amount paid due to exchange rate fluctuations. Fullers360 is not liable for these fluctuations, or any fees your bank charges for purchases in a foreign currency.

Cancellations by the Customer

The availability and costs of cancellations, booking adjustments, changes and refunds will be made in accordance with each Operators' own Terms and Conditions and policies available on this website. When you make a booking you agree to be bound by the terms and policies of Fullers360 and the Operators providing those Services.

Services and products on the website that have the express condition ‘non-transferable & non-refundable’ cannot be changed or refunded.

If you want to cancel your booking you will need to contact Fullers360 directly by email on enquiries@fullers.co.nz. Please explain the reason for the refund and provide your order number. We will only give a refund if permitted by Fullers360 and the relevant Operators’ Terms and Conditions. If approved, Fullers360 will credit your card (used to complete payment of your booking) to refund the approved amounts and email you confirmation once completed.

No refunds will be provided for cancelled accommodation bookings and/or ferry tickets within 48 hours of your due arrival and/or travel.  There are no costs or charges for making adjustments to your accommodation booking more than 14 days in advance of your due arrival.

Where cancellations are permitted, refunds will be provided for accommodation bookings only.  Cancelled ferry tickets are non-refundable but a credit (valid for one year from the date of purchase) may be provided by Fullers360 for all dated tickets and tours.  Flexi passes and periodic passes remain valid and cannot be credited or refunded on cancellation. 

A $50.00 cancellation fee applies for accommodation cancellations made up to 14 days prior to your due arrival.  Accommodation booking cancellations made between 14 days and 48 hours of your due arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to the sum of one night’s accommodation cost. 

Intellectual Property Rights.

Fullers360 owns all intellectual property rights in this website, including all of its content s such as text, graphics, logos, icons and sound recordings (if any) and all software code underlying and forming part of this website.  You must obtain written permission from us to use, copy, modify, or distribute any intellectual property in this website (including the content) by contacting enquiries@fullers.co.nz.

Authorised Use

You agree to use this website strictly in a manner that complies with all applicable laws and regulations and that does not infringe our rights or the rights of any third party, nor restricts or inhibits their use and enjoyment of this website.  In particular, you agree not to:

  • damage or harm this website, or any underlying or connected network or system
  • introduce any viruses, content or code which is technologically harmful
  • use the website to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory
  • solicit log in information or access an account belonging to someone else
  • infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
  • submit false or misleading information
  • resell, link, use, copy, monitor, display, download or reproduce any contact or information, bookings, tickets, products and or Services available on this website for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose whatsoever

Breach of these Terms of Use

Without limiting any rights and remedies available to Fullers360 at law, if you breach these Terms of Use in any way, Fullers360 may take action to deal with the breach including, but not limited to, suspending your access to this website, or cancelling access by blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website and contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to this website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.

If we do not exercise or enforce any rights available to us under these Terms of Use, it does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 


You agree to indemnify and keep Fullers360 indemnified from and against all actions, claims, costs (including legal costs and expenses), losses, proceedings, damages, liabilities, or demands suffered or incurred by us to any person arising out of or in connection with your failure to comply with these Terms of Use, your use of the website's booking systems, or arising out of any content or item you submit, post, upload, transmit, link to or make available.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand.

Third Party Websites

You agree that we are not responsible for, nor do we endorse, any third party websites or content which you access in the course of using the website. This includes any reliance upon or offence taken/caused by content, advertising, products or Services accessed.


If any provision of the Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of the Terms of Use which will continue in full force and effect. Fullers360 will not be deemed to have waived any right under these terms and conditions unless the waiver is in writing and signed by Fullers360.

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms of Use to another organisation.  You may only transfer your rights and obligations under these Terms of Use to another person with our prior written consent.

Unsolicited Emails

Publication of email addresses on this website should not be taken as deemed consent to receiving unsolicited email.  Persons or organisations wishing to send email material to individuals or organisations whose email addresses appear on this website must comply with the requirements of the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007.

Customer”, “you”, “your” means each user of the Booking Engine via the website.

Fullers360”, “us”, “we” or “our” means Fullers Group Limited.

Operator” means each third party operator providing Services such as accommodation, travel and activities via this website.

Services” means all products and services including, but not limited to, all transport, accommodation, activities and attractions offered by Fullers360 and/or its trusted Operators to Customers via the website.

website” means this Fullers360 website including the Fullers360 Booking Engine.

Free Continental Breakfast Basket

Beginning 13 January 2020, the first 50 bookings for accommodation and ferry tickets made through the Fullers360 website via the Booking Engine will receive a continental breakfast basket for two (“the Promotion”). This Promotion is available from 13 January 2020 and is and only valid for the first fifty (50) bookings made online at fullers.co.nz (“Promotional Period”). The Promotion includes a complimentary continental breakfast basket for two (2) people valued at $30. The stated values are the recommended retail value (including GST) in New Zealand as provided by the Accommodation Provider. The Promotion can be added to your booking and will not be charged to you. Fullers360 accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Promotion prior to acceptance. The Promotion is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Fullers360 is not responsible for any delay in delivery, loss or damage to the Promotion. Fullers360 may amend, suspend or cancel any aspect of the Promotion Period (or Promotion) at any time at its sole discretion. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, Fullers360 may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway, or invalidate any affected entries. Failure by Fullers360 to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promotion is subject to the laws of New Zealand. You must agree to abide by Fullers360 Terms and ConditionsCode of Conduct, and these Terms of Use.
