Marine crew
If a career on the water sounds like a bit of you, you’ve come to the right place. As part of our marine crew, you’ll help get passengers where they need to be. At Fullers360, our crew progress through four levels—from entry level (no experience needed) to Skipper. If you’re after career growth, our marine training programme sets you up to gain qualifications and move through the ranks—potentially reaching Skipper in just three years. Whether you're starting fresh or looking to build a long-term career, we offer the support and structure to help you succeed on the water.

Maintenance
Our team of Maintenance Engineers and Marine Electricians keeps every vessel ship shape and ready to operate across all our destinations. Based at Orams Marine Village, they maintain all 21 Fullers360 vessels, handling both planned maintenance and unexpected repairs to keep us moving. In this team, you’ll work on a range of high-speed ferries and wharf facilities, ensuring safety, reliability, and availability. You’ll also make sure vessels are repaired to a high standard and meet all compliance requirements from regulatory authorities and inspections—helping deliver safe and seamless service on the water.

Customer Experience
You don’t need experience to join our Customer Experience team—just a friendly attitude and willingness to learn. We’ll provide all the training you need. As the first point of contact for customers calling or emailing us, you’ll become an expert on all things Fullers360: our destinations, tours, experiences, and timetables. You’ll answer questions, solve problems, and help customers plan their journeys. It’s a great place to build knowledge, grow your confidence, and make a real difference in how people experience travel with us every day.

Operations
Our Logistics Specialists and Shore Services Assistants are essential to the smooth delivery of our services, managing vessel and crew movements daily. The Logistics team adjusts schedules for last-minute changes, communicates with internal teams, and ensures minimal disruption to services. Meanwhile, the Shore Services team keeps vessels stocked and ready—supplying food and beverage for onboard cafés, managing lost property, and providing uniforms to frontline crew. They also oversee our freight service to and from Waiheke Island. Together, these teams ensure everything behind the scenes runs efficiently so our operations—and our people—are always set up for success.

Waiheke Bus Company
Waiheke Island is Auckland’s first suburb with a fully electric bus fleet, operated by Waiheke Bus Company. At Fullers360, we’ll pay you to train and help you gain your Class 2 licence and P Endorsement. No two days are the same as you navigate Waiheke’s scenic, winding roads. You’ll share local knowledge, provide great service, and support both visitors and locals with reliable transport. Clear English communication is essential, along with patience and understanding for those with English as a second language. Join us and help drive the future of transport on Waiheke Island.

Corporate
If you have experience in Communications, Finance, Health and Safety, HR, IT, Legal, Marketing, or Sales, we’d love to hear from you. These areas are vital to our success—supporting teams and shaping the future of our business. Whether you’re a strategic thinker, creative problem-solver, or thrive in a fast-paced environment, your skills can make a real impact. We value passionate people who are ready to contribute, grow, and be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team.
