Downtown Pier 2C Update

Please find below an update from Auckland Transport (AT) regarding the downtown Pier 2C closure:

Further to the removal of the gangway from Pier 2C in late May, design and manufacture of replacement parts are now underway, and we expect installation to be completed by the beginning of summer.
We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your patience whilst we improve your facility.

Customer Announcement - Superflyte on survey

From today, Superflyte is out of operation while she undergoes her annual survey. We anticipate Superflyte to be back on the Waiheke run by the end of September. Until then, the morning services are expected to be:

0605 - Adventurer
0640 - Te Kotuku
0710 - Quickcat
0735 - Starflyte
0800 - Te Kotuku

In addition, we expect our afternoon services to be:

1600 - Quickcat
1630 - Starflyte
1700 - Te Kotuku
1730 - Quickcat
1800 - Starflyte
1830 - Te Kotuku

Change of timetable for Gulf Harbour service

Dear Customers,

We’re very pleased to announce that Gulf Harbour services will be increasing on 17th October 2016.

Since the all-day service was introduced in July 2014 this service has been well supported by the local community.

360 Discovery have entered a new agreement with Auckland Transport to operate increased Gulf Harbour services – a total of 18 services per day with one more peak sailing each morning and afternoon. 360 Discovery are also in the final stages of purchasing another vessel (D7) to enable us to operate this service with better reliability and with more capacity than at present.

Over the next three weeks vessels will be swapped out to allow annual surveys of some vessels to be completed before the new services start.
