AUCKLAND, NEW ZEALAND: New Zealand’s largest fast ferry operator, Fullers360, is proud to announce it has once again received the Qualmark Gold Sustainable Tourism Business Award from Tourism New Zealand, the highest level of recognition for a tourism business to achieve in Aotearoa New Zealand.

This year, Fullers360 was also recognised for achieving Best Practice grades across all scored criteria, confirming its position as a visitor tourism sector leader.

As the first major operator in the world to introduce electric hydrofoiling vessel the Vessev VS-9 commercially, Fullers360 continues to lead the way with future-focused environmental initiatives and further sustainability projects are on the horizon.

In awarding the Gold status, Qualmark recognised Fullers360 as a benchmark tourism business in the areas of:

  • Health & Safety
  • Business Systems

  • Community and Cultural Engagement and contribution

Recent initiatives include an accelerated crew training programme to restore resilience to our ferry network and to fast-track talent development, and ongoing investment in staff wellbeing and growth. Fullers360 also holds a strong reputation for customer service and a genuine commitment to the communities it serves.

"This recognition is a direct reflection of our team’s hard work, passion, and purpose," says Fullers360 Chief Marketing Officer Stuart Ogden. "We’re proud to deliver exceptional experiences on the water and at our destinations, while driving positive change for our communities and the environment."
