The Waiheke Reserve ferry is a seasonal ferry service to Waiheke Island operating from October to March. The Waiheke Reserve service lets visitors pre-book the date and departure times before travel to and from Waiheke Island.
The Waiheke Reserve ferry sails at key visitor times throughout the peak season, offering bookable return sailings. Choose from 9am, 10:15am or 11am sailings from pier 13/14 departing the Auckland Ferry Terminal; depart on 4:30pm or 5:15pm sailings from pier 3 in Matiatia Ferry Terminal. The Waiheke Reserve is the perfect choice for those with fixed travel schedules, return the same day or book a return sailing up to three weeks from your date of departure.
The Waiheke Reserve ferry will depart from piers 13 and 14 at the downtown Auckland Ferry Terminal. Customers will need to be on the 10:15am service to Waiheke Island to ensure they are on time for the tour.
The Waiheke Walk-up ferry will depart from pier 1 at the Matiatia Ferry Terminal. Your ticket is valid for the time indicated on your ticket.
