How long is my $10 Hot Seat ticket valid for?
Tickets are valid for the selected date and sailing time indicated on the ticket only. All $10 Hot Seat tickets will expire after the sailing, date and time has passed.

Can I purchase a $10 Hot Seat ticket at the ferry terminal?
Hot Seat Deals tickets (‘Tickets’) can only be purchased online through fullers.co.nz. on the Deals page here.
How many $10 Hot Seat tickets can I buy?
A maximum of 6x $10 Hot Seat tickets can be bought per sailing.
Can I get a refund on my $10 Hot Seat ticket?
Tickets for $10 Hot Seat Deals are strictly non-refundable and non-transferrable to another sailing.
Tickets may be refunded in the event of a sailing being cancelled by Fullers.
Can I use my Waiheke $10 Hot Seat ticket from the Devonport ferry terminal?
Ferries for Waiheke $10 Hot Seat Deal sailings depart from downtown Auckland Ferry Terminal only to Matiatia Wharf, Waiheke and vice versa.
Where do ferries depart from in Central Auckland?
All ferries depart from the downtown ferry terminal behind the Ferry Building, located on Quay Street opposite Britomart Transport Centre.
Most Fullers ferries depart from Pier 1 and 2, with Rangitoto, Motutapu and Motuihe sailings departing from Pier 4. 360 Discovery ferries also depart from Pier 4, which is located just to the west of the Ferry Building at 139 Quay Street.
How far in advance should I arrive for my ferry departure?
For all ferry services, we recommend arriving at the ferry terminal at least 30 minutes prior to ferry departure especially on public holidays and during the busy summer season.
How does Fullers alert customers about changes to the normal ferry services, including delays and cancellations?
The MyFerry Mobile App and the Travel Alerts on Fullers’ website alerts you to changes to your normal ferry service. This allows you to stay informed about delays, cancellations, timetable changes and extra sailings.
