If you travel regularly on selected Fullers services, you may be eligible for various discounted passes and tickets to make your travel more cost effective.

Tickets and passes

What’s the difference between a ticket and a pass?

‘Ticket’ is defined as a single-use or multi-trip paper ticket with a barcode, and is available for all routes. Tickets can be purchased online at all ticket offices or via the MyFerry app.

When purchasing, please ensure you’re logged in to your MyFerry account so the ticket will populate within the MyFerry app, on the My Tickets page. Paper tickets purchased at the ticket office cannot be scanned into the app afterwards.

  • Waiheke Workers Weekly Ticket
  • Waiheke Tertiary 10-Trip Ticket

Ticket Type examples:

The ‘Pass’ is defined as a long-term, multi-trip card with photo ID available for Devonport, Stanley Bay and Waiheke routes only. Passes can be purchased only at Ticket Offices, but can subsequently be renewed online.

Pass Type examples:

  • Monthly Pass (Devonport, Stanley Bay, Waiheke)
  • 30-Day Pass (Waiheke)

Pass types

Monthly Pass

  • Pricing:  Adult $325   Tertiary* $264   Child $163
  • Type of traveller: For commuters travelling every day over a calendar month and purchasing travel at the end/start of the month
  • Entitlement: Unlimited travel over a calendar month
  • Where to purchase: Ticket offices, 5 days before and 5 days after the first day of the month, or renew online

Extra benefits:

  • Gives automatic entitlement to 15% off selected food & beverage items
  • Waiheke monthly includes free bus travel on Waiheke buses

30-Day Pass

  • Pricing:  Adult $325   Tertiary* $264   Child $163
  • Type of traveller: For commuters travelling every day over a 30 consecutive day period and purchasing travel outside of the monthly pass dates
  • Entitlement: Unlimited travel over 30 days from the first time of use
  • Where to purchase: Ticket offices, or renew online

40-Trip Ticket

  • Pricing: Adult $475   Child $242   Maximum of two passengers per trip per multi-trip pass
  • Type of traveller: Cost-effective option for frequent travellers over an extended period of time
  • Entitlement: 40 one-way trips over a 12 month period
  • Where to purchase: Ticket offices

30-Trip Ticket

  • Pricing: Adult $350 
  • Type of traveller: Cost-effective option for frequent travellers over a 3 month period
  • Entitlement: 30 one-way trips over a 3 month period
  • Where to purchase: Online and ticket offices

Special terms and conditions: Valid for 90 days from date of purchase. Maximum 2 people per trip. For more information on the maximum number of trips per ticket please see our Terms and Conditions here.

 

20-Trip Ticket

  • Pricing: Adult $250   Child $125   Maximum of two passengers per trip per multi-trip pass
  • Type of traveller: Cost-effective option for frequent travellers over an extended period of time
  • Entitlement: 20 one-way trips over a 12 month period
  • Where to purchase: Ticket offices

10-Trip Ticket

  • Adult Pricing: $144  (Maximum 4 passengers per 10 trip)
  • Tertiary* Pricing: $88  (Maximum 1 passenger per trip)
  • Child Pricing: $71  (Maximum 4 passengers per trip)
  • Type of traveller: Cost-effective option for frequent travellers over an extended period of time
  • Entitlement: 10 one-way trips over 12 month period
  • Where to purchase: Online and ticket offices

*TICKET TYPE: WAIHEKE TERTIARY MONTHLY & 10-TRIP PASS. If you hold a current Auckland Transport Tertiary Student ID card with a valid AT sticker you are eligible to purchase a Waiheke Tertiary monthly pass or Waiheke Tertiary 10-trip ticket. Fullers have the right to withdraw this condition at any time. The Auckland Transport Tertiary Student ID card must be presented at the time of purchase and when validating your ticket/pass.

 

Waiheke Workers Weekly Ticket

  • Pricing: Adult $107.50
  • Type of traveller: Great value and convenient option for commuters who know they are travelling over a specific week period
  • Entitlement:10 x one-way trips over 7 consecutive days from date of purchase
  • Where to purchase: Online and ticket offices

Special terms and conditions: Maximum 1 person per trip. Maximum 10 trips per ticket. Expires after 7 days from the date of purchase. Does not include bus travel.

Students

Waiheke Tertiary Monthly Pass or 10-Trip Pass

  • If you hold a current Auckland Transport Tertiary Student ID card with a valid AT sticker you are eligible to purchase a Waiheke Tertiary monthly pass or Waiheke Tertiary 10-trip ticket
  • Fullers have the right to withdraw this condition at any time
  • The Auckland Transport Tertiary Student ID card must be presented at the time of purchase and when validating your ticket/pass

Renewing your pass

Renew a current pass - you can renew a current pass online by logging in to the MyFerry member portal or you can register here.

I forgot to renew my pass last month - if you didn't renew your pass last month, you will need to visit a Fullers or 360 Discovery ticket office, or contact us.

How to buy a new monthly pass - If you do not already have a monthly pass you will need to purchase a pass from a Fullers or 360 Discovery ticket office, or contact us.

Senior travel

Auckland Transport Gold HOP cardholders, or blue HOP cardholders with the SuperGold or Auckland Transport Senior Citizen ID concession loaded on it can travel for free on selected Fullers and 360 Discovery ferry services from 9am weekdays, all day on weekends and public holidays.
