The Waiheke Island International Jazz Festival returns this Easter weekend (14-17 April 2017) with performances from some of the best international and local artists.

GOOD FRIDAY GROOVE - FRIDAY 14 APRIL

Kick off your Easter weekend at the Good Friday Groove, held at the idyllic Rangihoua Estate.

DAYTIME JAZZABOUT - SATURDAY 15 & SUNDAY 16 APRIL

An easy day trip from Auckland, the Daytime Jazzabout presents 6 acts per day across two centrally-located venues, conveniently positioned 200 metres apart in Oneroa village. 

Acts include:

  • Jazz
  • Funk
  • Soul
  • Gospel
  • Boogie Woogie

GRAND FINALE - SUNDAY 16 APRIL

The Grand Finale wraps up another superb Waiheke International Jazz Festival. 
Sal Valentine & the Babyshakes will close the festival with a sensational show plus see your favourite acts from over the weekend bid you farewell at the picturesque Rangihoua Estate.

JAZZ LONG LUNCH - MONDAY 17 APRIL

Wind down on Easter Monday at the stunning Peacock Sky Vineyard, at the Jazz Long Lunch.

Featuring two of Australia’s finest – Nichaud Fitzgibbon (Melbourne’s sensational Jazz Diva) and George Washinmachine setting the stage on fire with the ever-popular Nairobi Trio.

Devonport Timetable Update

From 1st May 2017, there’ll be additional weekday sailings added to the Devonport timetable.

The additional weekday sailings are:

Auckland to Devonport - 8.30am, 4.15pm & 4.45pm

Devonport to Auckland - 8.45am, 4.30pm & 5.00pm


CUSTOMER ANNOUNCEMENT - ANZAC DAY

There’ll be free travel on ANZAC Day across all services (excluding Rangitoto Island and Harbour Cruise) for SuperGold and Veteran’s SuperGold card, plus free travel for uniformed servicemen and women and retired services personnel with an RSA membership card.

Please also remember that all services will be running to a Sunday/Public Holiday timetable on Anzac Day.


ANZAC DAY - DEVONPORT ADDITIONAL SAILING

There’ll be an extra sailing from Devonport to Auckland at 5am on Tuesday 25th April for customers wishing to travel to ANZAC Day commemorations in the city.
