Flexipass is a flexible multi-trip option for our Waiheke Island customers. It gives you the flexibility to top up as you go in 10 trip increments, with significant savings over the equivalent standard fares.

  • Tertiary FlexiPass: $88 for 10 trips
  • Child FlexiPass: $71 for 10 trips

Top Up Your FlexiPass

You can top up your FlexiPass online or via the MyFerry app only.

If you have a physical FlexiPass card, you can add it to your MyFerry account. Or you can and even top up your card online through our website.

We’ll show you how with this quick and easy video.

 

How to top up online:

  • Select your FlexiPass type (Adult, Child or Tertiary).
  • Scroll down to the ‘Flexi 10 Top Up’ option. NOTE: You must choose the correct option that has TOP UP in the pass name - see below example

  • Enter your Pass ID or (if logged in) select it from the drop-down box.
  • Select your top up quantity (remember top-ups are purchased in lots of 10 trips) and click "Add to Cart".
  • Continue to follow the cart process.

 

How to top up using the MyFerry App:

  • Open the MyFerry app and log in to the account you purchased your FlexiPass with.
  • Tap Tickets & Passes, then tap My Tickets.
  • Tap the TOP-UP YOUR PASS button.
  • Tap CHECKOUT and follow the cart process.

By using the MyFerry app, you’re saving plastic cards from entering our environment. 

We do understand that sometimes presenting a physical card is easier. Please keep track of your FlexiPass card – it’s registered to your account, so treat it like you would an EFTPOS card.   • Where can I travel with the FlexiPass?

    Currently, the FlexiPass is valid for travel between downtown Auckland & Waiheke Island.

  • Where can I purchase the FlexiPass?

    The pass can be purchased at the ticket office or online. At the ticket office, customers will be issued with a physical pass. If it’s purchased online it will be linked to their account and displayed on the MyFerry app.

  • Where can I top up my FlexiPass?

    FlexiPass can be topped up online at fullers.co.nz or via the MyFerry app. 

    By using the MyFerry app, you’re saving plastic cards from entering our environment. Currently, you can not top up at the ticket offices though we are working on this.

  • How many trips can you purchase?

    You can purchase any amount of top ups to your FlexiPass in 10-trip increments.

    The FlexiPass is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

  • Are there restrictions on when I can purchase the FlexiPass or top ups?

    No, you can purchase a FlexiPass or top up your FlexiPass at any time in the month.

  • FlexiPasses are valid for 3 years from date of purchase.
  • FlexiPass trips can be purchased in 10-trip increments.
  • FlexiPasses can be purchased online or at any Fullers360 Ticket Office. Renewals can only be done online. Personal details will be taken to register your pass. These details will not be used for promotional purposes unless specified by the owner of the card.
