How do I use it?
It is essential that owners of this pass call the Fullers360 Contact Centre to secure their (or their groups) seats on the boat. Once you have purchased your pass, call our Contact Centre to secure your scheduled date and sailing. The team will send you an email confirming your date and time. When you board, scan your Rangitoto 5-Trip QR code and show the email confirming the time and date of your sailing.

Yes. You need call our Contact Centre to use this pass and secure your booking every time you choose to sail to Rangitoto. Please have your Pass ID ready.
You need to call Contact Centre on 09 367 9111 to use this pass. Please have your Pass ID ready. The Rangitoto Island service is capacity managed meaning there are limited seats on board the vessel. This vessel frequently sells out especially over peak times in summer. If you don’t book ahead to secure your scheduled date and departure with your Rangitoto 5-trip pass, you risk not being able to board your desired sailing. Instead, you will ‘standby’ until the crew know how many seats remain on that specific boarding. If there are seats remaining, you will be allowed to board. If there are none, you will miss out on your desired sailing.
Your pass is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you top up with more trips, any unused trips stay on the pass, with a new 12-month validity from the top-up date.
Present both your Rangitoto 5-trip pass QR code (contained in the Fullers360 app) alongside your confirmation of time and date email received from Call Centre at the pier.
If used straight away, your clips will be used on the day of sailing. If you use your clips throughout the year, the pass expires 12 months from the date of purchase.
