From Monday 20 October 2025, Fullers360 is pleased to be once again making the transition to our summer timetable for Waiheke Island, and to be reinstating our Waiheke Reserve Service.

We’ve added 43 trips to the Waiheke Walk-up service; that’s 321 sailings between Waiheke Island and Downtown Auckland weekly.

Fullers360 is proudly first on the water at 6:00am and the last off the water 11:45pm weekdays, providing essential services for workers that need to get to work early or home late.

Regular travelers and visitors will now enjoy half-hour trip frequency at peak travel times.

For Waiheke regular commuters traveling to Auckland return Monday - Friday;

  • Six services from Matiatia Monday – Friday between 6:00 – 9:00am including a 30-minute frequency from 7:00 - 9:00am.
  • Seven services from Auckland to Matiatia Monday – Friday between 3:00 - 6:00pm with a 30-minute frequency.

Our dedicated Waiheke residents’ and regular traveler lane aids and assists your ferry boarding during peak resident and commuter periods.

We’re running frequent and reliable timetables across our two ferry services – Waiheke Walk-up and Waiheke Reserve.

Our friendly and welcoming staff provide the highest standard of safety on the most reliable service to get you to your destination. We’re proud to have achieved 98% punctuality and 99% reliability over the past six months.

We offer two ferry services with high-frequency timetable options for visitor travel:

  • Our Waiheke Walk-up ferry provides high-volume, spacious 300-400-seater ferries, running up to 50 services a day.
  • The Waiheke Reserve ferry is for visitors to Waiheke Island with fixed schedules. This premium ferry service offers early boarding prior to departure and significantly reduced boarding times. Designed for our visitors to experience Waiheke, or to enjoy as part of a special occasion, the Waiheke Reserve allows you to skip the normal queues as we move into warmer weather months.

Our team is proud to have provided Waiheke Island ferry, bus, and visitor experiences for over 40 years and we look forward to welcoming you aboard for another season of memorable experiences on the Hauraki Gulf.

See you on the water.
