To assist our customers with smooth travel to and from Waiheke Island during peak Christmas and New Year holidays, we are delighted to advise expanded timetable services for peak summer travel days to Waiheke Island on Boxing Day Friday Dec 26th, and Thursday Jan 1st and Friday Jan 2nd.
Attached are updated timetables for these days that include 30-minute frequency for peak travel times.
We will have our larger vessels on this Waiheke Island ferry service for these days, with capacity for up to about 400 pax at peak travel times with plenty of room on board to move about during your journey and a well-stocked licensed café, including locally sourced on board as well. We also have our friendly summer wharf crew to efficiently help our customers safely board, to and from Waiheke. Services will run through the day from early morning to late night to accommodate your flexible travel arrangements.
