We are closely monitoring weather conditions as Cyclone Vaianu approaches the Auckland region. The safety and wellbeing of our passengers and crew are our highest priority.

Due to the expected impact of Cyclone Vaianu and the red wind warning issued by MetService today, to prioritise your safety the following ferry services will be impacted:

  • Sailings to Rangitoto on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th April are cancelled;
  • Waiheke Reserve sailings on Sunday, 12th April are cancelled.

From about 11:30pm Saturday evening to 10am Sunday morning, other ferry services may be subject to delays, changes, or cancellations at short notice. Please stay up to date with the latest travel information via our Fullers360 app.

We will aim to minimise disruptions where it is safe to do so. As significant debris can be present in the water for some time following weather events, we will need to carefully manage any restoration of services should there be operational disruptions.

We encourage all customers to plan ahead and allow extra travel time where possible.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we prioritise your safety during this time.
