1. Information on how to enter the promotion forms part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed as acceptance of its terms and conditions.  
2. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents or citizens aged 18 years or over.  
   
3. Conditions of Entry: 
   How to Enter: To enter an eligible participant must complete the survey at the unique link received via email. This will give the eligible participant one entry into the draw. 
4. Participation in the Promotion is limited to one entry per person. 
5. Fullers Group Limited trading as Fullers360 (the "Promoter") its employees and their immediate families, participating agents and their associated agencies are ineligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award the Voucher where false or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or where an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these ‘Terms and Conditions’.  
6. Promotion commences on 19 August 2024 at 16:00 and closes 9 September 2024 at 11.59pm (the "Promotional Period"). Entries received after this closing time will be ineligible for entry. 
7. One winner will be randomly drawn from one prize pool on 12 September 2024. Attempts will be made to notify the winner by email at the email address provided on the promotion entry. To collect the prize the winner must contact the Fullers360 Customer Care Centre on 0800 Fullers or enquiries@fullers.co.nz. If the Promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the winner prior to 19 September 2024 then the prize is forfeited and a further draw(s) will be conducted. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
8. The selected valid entry drawn will win either*: 
   (a) Unlimited travel for one person (the winner only) for 3 months on Fullers360 Waiheke Walk-up Waiheke Island ferry service;
   (b) Fullers360’s visitor ferry services travel up to the value of NZD$1,250 (including GST) for 3 months.
   
   The winner shall select only one prize, either (a) or (b) above, not both or a combination of both.
   
   If the winner selects (a) above, then this cannot be transferred to travel on the Waiheke Reserve ferry. (a) is only valid for Fullers360 Waiheke Walk-up ferry services to and from Waiheke Island.
   
   If the winner selects (b) above, then they can take friends or family with them on their visitor trip(s) on a Fullers360 ferry service and the cost of their friends or family travelling with them will constitute part of the NZD$1,250 (including GST) prize.
   
   The winner is responsible for paying all additional costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included, including but not limited to (where applicable) additional transport, meal costs, spending money and all other incidentals. 
   
   
9. Prize must be used from 1 October 2024 to 31 December 2024 and is subject to availability. Travel during New Zealand Public Holidays is permitted.
10. The prize cannot be converted into cash and is not transferable for any other Fullers360 ferry services or products or any other person. 
11. The prizes cannot be transferred for any other ferry services either operated or promoted by Fullers360 (for example, Half Moon Bay, Gulf Harbour etc).  
12. Both prizes are valid for only 3 calendar months (whether or not the tickets have been booked or not within the 3-month timeframe) and shall not be extended beyond the 3-month timeframe.
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. 
14. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute prize of equal or greater value. 
15. All prize travel will be subject to Fullers360’s terms, to view visit Terms and conditions | Fullers360 unless specific terms on these terms and conditions for the Promotion differ from the general terms and conditions, then the Promotion terms and conditions will take precedence.  
16. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this promotion. 
17. Neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion.  
18. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. Please refer to Fullers360’s Privacy Policy at Privacy policy | Fullers360 regarding the collection, use, disclosure and storage of personal information.
19. Fullers360 may amend, suspend or cancel any aspect of this voucher giveaway at any time at its sole discretion. If for any reason any aspect is not capable of running as planned, Fullers360 may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend, or invalidate any affected entries.
